Overall Thoughts: I think most people’s perception of Rivals III is that it’s a borderline terrible season with one iconic moment — Bananas stealing Sarah’s money.

And while I’m obviously not super high on Rivals III, I will say the more I watch it the more I’m charmed by it.

It’s a weird season in which eight people were eliminated in untraditional ways. It got so bad that they brought back Devin/Cheyenne after they lost the first elimination, basically starting the game over again in episode 5.

There were only three elimination rounds in the first eight episodes, and only six of the 14 episodes ended with an elimination.

The cast is pretty bad, and as far as the competition goes it’s basically just Bananas and Sarah steamrolling everyone.

But Rivals III’s saving graces are that it’s one of the funniest seasons ever and it has arguably the most iconic ending ever.
