Overall Thoughts: As difficult as the first four episodes are to watch as it features two castmembers who tragically passed away after filming — Diem and Knight — Exes II is still a joy to watch.

It’s one of the best political seasons of all time that has an excellent payoff with Sarah’s big move to send Bananas/Nany into the final elimination.

When you throw in good competition (and in particular great eliminations), a great cast, hard feelings between the exes and a healthy amount of house drama, it’s no wonder Exes II is almost universally considered one of the best seasons in Challenge history.

• Diem falling ill after the second mission and having to leave the game
