If you won’t believe the people who do the hiring are saying that discrimination against whites is happening, then what would convince you?

You obviously have a low opinion of white people. I think discrimination of blacks on the basis of race is terrible and anyone who thinks only white people are qualified for jobs are white supremacists. Can you say that discrimination against whites is a bad thing or are you too entrenched in tribalism to be against all forms of discrimination?
